Shambolics are back with 'Dreams, Schemes & Young Teams'

Back with a new member in tow and soaring new single, Scottish wonders Shambolics are no strangers to producing brit-pop infused cuts. Shambolics are Lewis McDonald (Vocals/Guitar), Darren Forbes (Vocals/Guitar), Jordan McHatton (Vocals/Bass), Jake Bain (Vocals/Drums) and newbie Scott Willamson (Keys/Vocals).

With likenesses to The View, Oasis and The La’s, the band have quickly made a name for themselves as Alan McGee’s new wonderboys, who are no strangers to putting on sold-out shows.

Invigorating and completely immersive, ‘Dreams, Schemes & Young Teams’ first premiered at live shows across their last tour and left fans begging for an official release.

Speaking on the new track, Darren stated, “It's essentially a song of hope.... a song about the ‘Young Teams’ who want to make it out of the schemes & see what's out there. The artwork to the track is the place where we all first met as teenagers when we were the young team drinking, having a carry on and planning on taking on the world.”

The new track follows a string of acclaimed single releases that have received nothing but glowing praise. With an immersive bassline and catchy lyrics, ‘Dreams, Schemes & Young Teams’ offers an optimistic celebration of all things nostalgia-inducing.

Euphoric and utterly elating, the track is set to become another Shams classic.
