Blaeners are an indie trio from Hampshire, consisting of frontman Ben, drummer Harris, and bassist Frank. After a plethora of singles and EP's under their belt, Blaenavon's debut album 'That's Your Lot' was released on the 7th of April, you can order it on their online store.

There was a huge turn out for their in-store set at Fopp in Manchester, and by huge I mean, if anyone else joined the queue, they would've been turned away. The whole crowd went crazy when they played 'Orthodox Man', the atmosphere was so elated. After the set (of about 8 songs or so), was the meet&greet/signing (I got my Kanken and the NME magazine signed), and they were incredibly lovely. After waiting behind until everyone left, the guys let us have a mini-photoshoot with them (which was an amazing experience). If you've never listened to Blaenavon start with 'Alice Come Home' it's a beautiful track.
NME only rated their debut album 3/5 stars, despite it being worth the full 5.
