Inside Tramlines 2026

A now-staple of the Northern summer Festival scene, Tramlines returns to Sheffield’s iconic Hillsborough Park for a weekend (24-26th July), jam-packed with some of the best names in music.

Having recently revealed the full day and stage splits, the Festival has sold out on Friday and Saturday day tickets, with only Sunday and final-tier Weekend options available.

Friday sees headliners Fatboy Slim take on the Sarah Nulty mainstage, prefaced by performances from special guests The Vaccines and The Kaiser Chiefs. While elsewhere indie mainstays Black Honey and rising stars Radio Free AliceWestside Cowboy, and KEO bring their own unique flavours of rock to the opening night, with a Harry Styles Pop Party to top it off.

Saturday night’s headliners, The Courteeners, are no strangers to big festival stages, and bring frequent supports Blossoms and Rick Astley in tow. A change in pace has R&B and soul icon Gabrielle fronting T’Other Stage, with Inspiral Carpets and Lucy Spraggan also on the bill. Taking the up-and-coming titles are Saddleworth’s own Seb Lowe, quintet Girl In The Year Above, and the rapidly rising Manchester outfit The Guest List

Topping the weekend’s line-up on Sunday are Wolf Alice and Wet Leg - perhaps two of the most talked-about acts of the past year. Joining them on the Sunday are special guests The Lottery Winners, where other stages will be graced with performances from The Enemy, soul-powerhouse Brooke Combe, newcomers Florence Road, and Bleech 9:3

Across the weekend, we see non-music performances from comedians such as Ross Noble and Reginald D Hunter, as well as arts and crafts workshops, and the family-focused Library Stage run by Molly from Molly Kids TV

Timm Cleasby, Operations Director at Tramlines, said: “We know how many families come to Tramlines now, and that’s something we’ve embraced over the years. Into the Trees has become a big part of what the festival is. We want to make sure there’s something for all ages, whether that’s activities, performances or just space to take a breather. We’ve also put a lot of work into the practical side of it, with things like dedicated nursing areas and baby changing facilities, because those details, alongside the stage splits,  really matter when you’re planning a full day or weekend here as a family.”

With remaining tickets expected to sell out within the next two weeks, now’s the time to solidify your summer plans.
