Everything You Need To Know About The YNot? 2026 Lineup

On 24th November, Derbyshire’s own YNot? Festival dropped its first full wave for the 2026 lineup. From headliners to hidden gems, here’s a lowdown of what to expect. The upcoming festival will be the nineteenth edition, with it growing a positive and family-oriented representation. Across these years, fans have been treated to some of the most popular names in indie rock, including The Wombats and Kasabian.

Next year, the headliners are incredibly strong. Thursday’s exclusive is indie legends The Libertines. Formed back in 1997, this band helped to define the indie rock scene of the noughties. The Reytons, as well as Two Door Cinema Club, keep the indie rock theme strong. The Reytons are basically YNot? royalty, having appeared five times. Finishing off the weekend with The Streets is a great curveball. They have so many hits that are iconic and universally enjoyed, they’re sure to go down a treat with festival goers.

Moving further down the lineup, there are many bands that will keep the weekend’s energy high. Kaiser Chiefs will be making their return to Pikehall. Happy Mondays feel like the perfect fit for a festival with their high-energy acid house numbers. The Vaccines are also a staple for indie rock vibes, with their iconic 2011 debut ‘What Did You Expect from The Vaccines?’. Rizzle Kicks are also continuing their comeback with an appearance at the festival.

YNot? Festival is a great place to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the smaller tents and discover some incredible artists. Near the bottom of the bill, there are already plenty of interesting sounds and talented musicians to discover. Black Honey are certainly one to check out as Izzy Bee Philips is a brilliant frontwoman. There are also Wigan’s own The Lilacs, who have been going from strength to strength in recent years. And of course, it wouldn’t be a proper YNot? Festival without favourites like The Lancashire Hotpots and Beans on Toast.

With more acts still to be announced, there will surely be a bit of something for everyone. Further information on the festival, as well as ticket options, are available on the YNot? Festival website
