Sombr’s Back In The Spotlight With ‘Homewrecker’

Just a week after being a best new artist nominee and performer at the 2026 Grammys, sombr has released his latest track ‘Homewrecker’ and its taken the fanbase by storm. Compared to his debut album ‘I Barely Know Her’ it's a total shift - relationship wise in the sense that he now knows her but can't have her. It's as if a story is being played out within his music.

Musically, ‘Homewrecker’ appears upbeat given its melancholy and frustrated lyrics. “I dont wanna talk down on your lover” he sings in this yearning love confession. “I don’t wanna be a homewrecker / I just know I can be better, be better, be better”: it's a desperate plea to the girl he can't have, even if he believes he could be different.

As well as this, a video has been paired with the release, starring American influencer Quenlin Blackwell and American actor Milo Manheim as the main individuals in this midwestern love triangle. Manheim stars as the director with a wandering eye, paying attention to every woman on set except for the leading lady Blackwell.

sombr is kicking this year off with a bang. With his UK and European tour ‘The Late Nights & Young Romance Tour’ beginning early February, countless festival performances and award shows, it's clear Sombr is taking the world by storm. After his Grammys debut (1st February 2026), it's not long now before he heads to Manchester for his first BRIT Awards (28th February 2026). Nominated for international artist of the year and international song of the year for his hit single ‘undressed’, will it be a clean sweep for the sparkling singer?
