Circa Waves Delight With Latest Single ‘Cherry Bomb’ And Accompanying Video

Known for their hit releases full of sunshine such as ‘T-Shirt Weather’ and ‘Sad Happy', indie rockers Circa Waves impress again with their newest single ‘Cherry Bomb’

Detailing love and adoration for your partner, it’s yet another song which deserves to be at the top of your summer soundtrack.

With a synth-heavy start and frontman Kieran Shudall’s warm vocals, listeners can’t help but fall in love with ‘Cherry Bomb’. The upbeat guitar riffs and fast pace create another feel-good anthem and it’s just what listeners need as the sun begins to scorch and the gloomy, winter days make for just a distant memory.

Lyrics such as “Don’t cry, I'll never change my mind” expertly highlight the theme of loving someone and the fulfilment which comes with loving someone wholeheartedly.

The band further delight with the music video that accompanies this track. Inspired by a retro aesthetic from the “cherry bomb” herself (played by Demi Jenkins) to the brighter colour scheme and nostalgic camera filter that wouldn’t be out of place in the 80s, it makes for a pleasing, toe-tapping watch that gets listeners right in the mood for summer.

Showcasing the best of the Liverpudlian rockers, ‘Cherry Bomb’ has not only exploded onto the music scene but also into the hearts of anyone who has had a chance to listen.
